Tandoori Gobi

A vegetarian delicacy that will not bulge on your belly...:-)

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Curd

2 tbsp Gram Flour

2 tbsp Al Hadi Spices Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Al Hadi Spices Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Al Hadi Spices Tandoori Masala Powder

1 tbsp Al Hadi Spices Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste

2 tbsp Mustard Oil

Salt Lemon Juice

4 Baby Cauliflower

Instructions

Marination - Add Curd with Gram Flour, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tandoori Masala Powder, Chaat Masala, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Mustard Oil. Add Salt & Lemon Juice and mix them properly. Marinate your Baby Cauliflower for few minutes.

Now using thin green bamboo, pierce the baby Cauliflower and put in the top of the fire for the barbeque. After 12 minutes your Tandoori Cauliflower is ready to be served.
