An ever green dish that provides enough Calcium for your bones.
Ingredients
Fish sardine – ½ kg
Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
Slit green chilli – 4 to 5
Tamarind - gooseberry size
Salt – to taste For the masala
Grated coconut --1 to 1 ¼ cup
Al Hadi Spices Fish masala – 2 ½ tbsp
For garnish:
Coconut oil --2 to 3 tsp
Curry leaves – 4 to 5 twigs
Al Hadi Spices Cumin powder - a pinch
Instructions
1. Into an earthenware pot add the masala, salt and tamarind pulp & mix well with the hand.
2. Add the cleaned fish and gently mix for some time and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
3. Add enough water - 2 cups and boil 8 to 10 minutes .
4. Put off the flame and add the coconut oil .
5. Garnish with the ingredients.
