Beef curry is one of the most common dish that is being cooked around the world irrespective of religion, culture or traditions.
Ingredients
Beef 500gms
Onion 2
Garlic 4cloves
Garlic Paste 2 Tablespoon
Ginger small piece
Green chili 4
Al Hadi Chilli Powder 3tbsp
Al Hadi Turmeric Powder 2tbsp
Al Hadi Coriander Powder 3 tbsp
Al Hadi Garam Masala 1tsp
Curry Leaves
Mum's Food Himalayan Pink Salt to Taste
Instructions
Boil Beef with 1 Tablespoon of chili powder, 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garlic Paste, and Curry Leaves up to 6 whistles in Pressure Cooker
Pour oil in the Pressure cooker and let it heat properly.
Add chopped Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies and stir it for 2 minutes until the Garlic begins to change its color to brow
Good Add chopped Onion and stir for another 6 mins .
Add some salt and stir again.
Add Turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala then stir well for 2 mins until its raw smell leaves.
Add the boiled Beef to the mixture and Stir well.
Add Adequate water and add curry leaves then stir well again.
Close the pressure cooker with its lid Properly and put the heat on medium flame. Cook it until the first whistle comes out. Make sure the pressure has been released completely before opening the lid back.
Turn on the Flame and cook again to make the beef curry gravy thick. At last and the foremost thing is to add some more salt to taste if required and turn off the flame. Now your tasty and easy beef curry is ready to serve with chappathis or rice.
