Chicken stew is a common dish across the world but when it is with Arabic masalas, you taste something out of the world!!!!
3 tbsp Al Hadi Spices Arabic Masala
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
In a large pan, add oil. Add onion and fry. Place the chicken thighs in it and fry until brown.
Add potato, carrot, zucchini, tomatoes and garlic. Mix well.
Add Al Hadi Spices Arabic Masala powder. Pour boiling water into the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
