Paneer Tikka

A faster and easy way to get a starter that is healthy and tasty!!!

Ingredients

• 2 Capsicums

• 2 Tomatoes

• 1/2 kg paneer

• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

• 1 chopped green chilli

• 1 1/2 tsp HbN chilli powder

• 1 tsp HbN garam masala

• 1 tsp grated raw papaya

• A small piece of mace

• 1 bowl of curd

• Salt to taste

• 2 tsp besan

• 2 tsp Cocofino coconut oil

Instructions

1. In one bowl of curd add all the ingredients. Beat well and make a mixture.

2. Marinate the paneer, capsicum,and tomatoes in this masala for 15 minutes and then roast them on both the sides.

3. Garnish with raw papaya.

4. Serve hot.
